Develop personalized treatment plans that address clients' unique challenges and goals. Conduct assessments, provide crisis intervention, and connect clients with community resources when needed. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to offer comprehensive care. Lead or contribute to wellness workshops, support groups, and educational events. Stay up to date on the latest best practices in social work and mental health care. What We're Looking For Active LCSW, LMFT or LCPC licensure in the state of Nevada. A deep passion for supporting individuals through life's challenges with compassion and skill. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and clinical skills. Experience in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or other modalities is a plus. A commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and healing environment for all clients.
