We provide high-quality behavioral health services directly within Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing communities across Long Island. We're looking for compassionate clinicians who are passionate about improving the lives of older adults while enjoying the flexibility, autonomy, and support of an experienced healthcare organization. Now Hiring We are seeking fully licensed: Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFT) PsyD Both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available.

Administrative Support Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy. Facilitate group psychotherapy. Conduct psychosocial assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans. Treat depression, anxiety, grief, adjustment disorders, trauma, and other behavioral health conditions common among older adults. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
