Beanstalk Academy seeks skilled and motivated Early Intervention ABA/SI Therapists to join our team. In this role, you will provide one-on-one ABA/SI therapy to children (ages 0-3) in home, daycare, and/or center-based settings.Responsibilities:
Provide in-home or community-based therapy sessions Coach and educate parents/caregivers on strategies to support communication Maintain timely and accurate documentation Collaborate with service coordinators and other providers (OT, PT, etc.)Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or a related field NYS B-2 Teaching certification (SWD) Previous ABA experience required; early intervention experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection methods Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independentlyPreferred Qualifications:
Experience working with children ages 0-3 Experience with parent coaching and early intervention modelsSchedule & Work Environment:
