Connected Treasures Child and Family Counseling Services Part-Time Individual & Family Therapist Join a team doing meaningful, values-driven work with children and families who need it most. Location New York State (Hybrid/In-Person) Classification Part-Time W-2 Employee Caseload 10-25 sessions per week Schedule Flexible — clinician-driven Compensation Session-based; $35-50, commensurate with experience Supervision Provided by NYS-approved supervisor Who We Are Connected Treasures Child and Family Counseling Services PLLC is a trauma-informed practice dedicated to supporting children, individuals, and families through evidence-based, attachment-centered care. Who We're Looking For We are seeking a compassionate, skilled clinician who is energized by working with complex presentations in children and families — someone who brings both clinical sophistication and genuine warmth to their work. You thrive in a collaborative environment, take documentation seriously, and believe in the power of trauma-informed, relational care. This role is a strong fit if you:
  • Are a licensed or provisionally licensed clinician (LMSW, LCSW, MHC-LP, LMHC, or equivalent) in good standing in New York State
  • Have experience or strong interest in working with children, adolescents, and families
  • Are grounded in trauma-informed frameworks and eager to continue learning
  • Value reflective supervision and see consultation as a clinical asset, not an obligation
  • Can hold complexity — in clients, in families, and in systems What You'll Do
  • Provide individual, family, and caregiver sessions using trauma-informed, attachment-based frameworks including TBRI®, IFS, CBT, and play therapy
  • Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation consistent with NYS and agency standards
  • Collaborate with schools, caregivers, and community systems as part of a coordinated care approach
  • Participate in clinical supervision and team consultation meetings
  • Uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and trauma-informed principles in all aspects of your work What We Offer
  • Flexible scheduling: Build a caseload of 10-15 sessions per week around your life
  • Compensation:
    Session-based pay structured to cover both billable and non-billable time. $35-$50 per hour based on experience

Regular, quality supervision from a NYS-approved supervisor for all associate level clinicians. We want to help you get to your next goal!

Our clinicians are trained in and supported to use frameworks including Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and play therapy.
