Job Description

Behavior Technician We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team at High Point ABA, a boutique Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practice dedicated to providing compassionate and client-centered services. As a Behavior Therapist, you will provide high-quality behavioral intervention services to individuals with autism and related developmental disorders, and have the opportunity to make a difference in the life of a child. Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA programs developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA's) Conduct direct, one-on-one therapy sessions with clients Collect and analyze behavior data to track progress Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including BCBAs, parents, and other professionals Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client sessions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field Active RBT credential, preferred but not required Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disorders Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow and implement behavior intervention plans Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance Ability to sit on floors, and quickly move from a seated to standing position Benefits Competitive wages with opportunities for pay increases Paid clinical training $200 signing bonus for credentialed Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's) Paid Time Off (PTO) for eligible employees Paid Sick Leave for all employees Paid Company Holidays for eligible employees Compensation for drive time and mileage For graduate students in ABA, we provide ongoing clinical training and supervision hours as required by the BACB Professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment!
