• Moving Beyond Depression (IH-CBT) Greater Cincinnati, OH (In-home & Telehealth) About the Role Catholic Charities Southwestern Ohio is seeking a Master's level, licensed, Mental Health Therapist to deliver evidence-based care through the Moving Beyond Depression (MBD) program.

This role provides In-Home Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (IH-CBT) to mothers experiencing depression, primarily through home visits and telehealth. What You'll Do Provide IH-CBT therapy in client homes and via telehealth Complete MBD training and ongoing consultation; maintain model fidelity Collaborate with home visiting programs and community partners Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and reporting Manage schedule to meet productivity and billable hour expectations Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case consultations Maintain licensure, continuing education, and credentialing requirements Connect clients to community resources as needed Keep electronic health records (EHR) up to date What We're Looking For Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work Ohio licensure (LISW/LPCC preferred; associate licensure considered) Bilingual in Spanish (preferred) or other language proficiency a plus Experience with interpreters preferred Strong organizational and documentation skills Comfortable providing services in clients' homes Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Why Join Us?
