Mental Health Therapist Reposition & Recovery Services, LLC Cincinnati, OH Job Details Contract $50 an hour 9 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Experience working with children Telehealth experience Telehealth therapy Social Work Time management Full Job Description About the Role Reposition & Recovery Services, LLC (R&R) is a CARF-accredited, community-based behavioral health organization in Cincinnati, Ohio, providing trauma-informed mental health and substance use disorder services to children, adolescents, and adults. We're seeking a Therapist to provide hybrid clinical services - a combination of face-to-face therapy with children and adolescents and virtual (telehealth) sessions. This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement, well suited to a licensed clinician who wants the flexibility to build a caseload around their own schedule while practicing with full clinical autonomy, backed by R&R's programs and referral base. What You'll Do Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy to children and adolescents, delivered through a mix of face-to-face and telehealth sessions. Complete assessments, individualized treatment plans, and progress notes consistent with R&R's clinical documentation standards. Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's needs. Manage your own caseload and scheduling within the terms of your independent contractor agreement with R&R. Coordinate with R&R's clinical team as needed to support continuity of care, while exercising independent clinical judgment. Ensure all telehealth sessions comply with applicable Ohio telehealth/telemental health board requirements for your licensure type. Submit documentation and invoices in accordance with your contractor agreement. What We're Looking For What We're Looking For Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy.

Required:

Ohio licensure as an LSW, LPC, or LMFT.

Preferred:

Independent licensure (LISW, LPCC, IMFT, or Licensed Psychologist), or actively working toward independent licensure. Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents preferred. Working knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practice. Comfort and professionalism delivering both in-person and telehealth sessions. Reliable technology and a private, HIPAA-compliant space for virtual sessions. Strong documentation and time-management skills, given the independent nature of this role. Engagement Details This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement, not a W-2 employee position; compensation is fee-for-service, and standard employee benefits do not apply. Contractors set their own hours within the flexibility of the hybrid model and retain full clinical autonomy over treatment approach, consistent with their independent licensure.
