• Overview
• We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst Supervisee to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy.
• Responsibilities
• Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify treatment strategies as needed
• Work closely with individuals with autism to implement behavior intervention plans
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
• Perform diagnostic evaluations and assessments
• Collaborate with educators and other professionals in the field of special education
• Skills
• Experience working with children, especially those with autism
• Proficient in patient assessment and data collection
• Strong background in applied behavior analysis
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques
• Ability to provide patient care with compassion and empathy
