Child & Adolescent Therapist (Neurodivergent-Affirming)

Customized Behavioral Healthcare (CBH) - Columbus, OHFull-Time | Part-Time | Hybrid Options Available Customized Behavioral Healthcare is hiring a licensed child therapist to work with neurodivergent children and adolescents (ages 4-17), including clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, anxiety, and executive functioning challenges. We are seeking a clinician who practices from a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming framework and enjoys collaborating with families.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual therapy to children and teens Conduct parent consultation and coaching Develop treatment plans and maintain documentation Use evidence-based approaches (CBT, ACT, behavioral interventions)

Qualifications:

Active Ohio license (LISW, LPCC, LPCC-S, Psy.

D., Ph.D.) Experience with autism, ADHD, and emotional regulation Strong documentation and organizational skills Parent training experience preferred
