Job Description
Health Connect America seeks a licensed Family Centered Treatment Therapist to provide in home, in office, and community based therapy to children, adolescents, and families. In this role, you will complete clinical assessments, develop and implement family-centered treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions that promote safety, stability, and lasting change. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, schools, and community partners, maintain accurate documentation, and manage a flexible caseload.
