Mental Health Therapist Full time | Day Shift | Great Pay & Benefits | Small Groups | Ages 4-12 We are currently hiring a Center Based Therapist for our outpatient center in Garfield Heights. This is an opportunity to be at the center of children's journeys, delivering impactful care, while working as part of a close-knit, interdisciplinary team.POSITION DETAILS

Therapist Schedule and Hours:
Full time day shift hours- no late evenings or weekends! Monday
- Friday 10:30 am
- 6:30 pm
Compensation:
Competitive annual salary: $60,000- $70,000

As a Group Facilitator at InspireKids, you will be a key part of our clinical team. In this role, you will provide group therapy services in our beautiful outpatient facility using developmentally appropriate, evidence-based practices. Some of the key responsibilities for this role include: Complete assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor progress. Lead social-emotional skill-building groups and therapeutic activities. Partner closely with parents and caregivers to support progress at home. Provide compassionate crisis intervention and safety planning when needed. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to whole-child care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation.Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in a mental health field Ohio state licensure (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT, IMFT, CT, SWT, MFTT, etc.) 2 or more years of mental health experience, preferably with children Experience with play-based, trauma-informed, and behavioral interventions Ability to build meaningful connections with children and families Comfort navigating crisis situations with calm and clarity Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bilingual English Spanish is a plusABOUT INSPIREKIDS
