School Based Therapist | Child and Adolescent | Ages 4-12 We are currently hiring a School-Based Therapist in the greater Cleveland area. This is an opportunity to be at the center of children's journeys, delivering impactful care while working as part of a close-knit, interdisciplinary team.

School Based Therapist Schedule and Hours:
Full time day shift hours
•no late evenings or weekends! Monday
•Friday School Hours School Calendar option available
Compensation:
Competitive annual salary: $60,000
•$70,000, plus performance bonus.
Location:
Cuyahoga County Benefits:

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a School-Based Therapist at InspireKids, you will be a key part of our clinical team. In this role, you will provide individual therapy services in a partner school using developmentally appropriate, evidence-based practices. Some of the key responsibilities for this role include: Complete assessments, create and review treatment plans, and monitor clinical progress. Lead individual psychotherapy sessions with assigned clients and/or families. Partner closely with parents and caregivers to support progress at home. Provide compassionate crisis intervention and safety planning when needed. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to a whole-child approach. Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's in Social Work or Master's degree in counseling Licensed in Ohio (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT, IMFT, CT, SWT, MFTT, etc.) 1 or more years of mental health experience, preferably with children Preferred experience with play-based, trauma-informed, and behavioral interventions Ability to build meaningful connections with children and families Comfort navigating crisis situations with calm and clarity Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
