Job Description

New Leaf Counseling Services, LLC is a group private practice with locations in Avon Lake, Amherst and Westlake. New Leaf is committed to providing quality services to individuals struggling with mental health issues. Our counseling providers are independent contractors. Payroll is a percentage generated from billed sessions. No health benefits are available. Candidates should be capable of working autonomously; however, a collaborative team approach will be utilized to provide best patient care. We are looking for applicants to fill positions with our: 1)
School-Based Program:
provide counseling on site to students at one of the Lorain County districts we serve. At least two day time shifts with some evening or weekend availability is preferred. Ability to work at our outpatient offices is offered as well. This is a year round position. 2)
Outpatient Program:
provide counseling services at our offices. At least two evenings a week is preferred. Weekend hours are also available, if desired. 3)
Outpatient Program:
provide couples counseling services at our offices. At least two evenings a week is preferred. Weekend hours are also available, if desired. Applicants should feel comfortable providing individual & family treatment. If hired, you will be responsible for managing your own desired case load, paper work and billing. Training is provided to learn documentation standards, scheduling, basic billing, and our electronic health record. A personal laptop and cell phone is required. Work email provided. Two years minimum of direct clinical experience required. Candidates must be licensed (LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LSW, LISW, LISW-S, IMFT, IMFT-S) and in good standing as recognized by their respective state boards. Supervision is available for both LPC and LSW licensure advancement.

$40.00 - $75.00 per hour
