Job Description

Job Description Overview Are you passionate about helping individuals overcome mental health and substance use challenges and live their best lives? We are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team at Community Behavioral Health with Community First Solutions. In this role, you'll provide high-quality behavioral health treatment services for clients with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Mental Health (MH) needs. You'll complete assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide individual and group therapy, and collaborate with clients, families, and referral sources to ensure comprehensive, person-centered care. Your clinical expertise, compassion, and teamwork will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Competitive salary, based on licensure
Schedule:
Full time, Monday
  • Friday 40 hours per week Flexibility on start and end times of day One later evening required per week, until 7-8pm 50% office based and 50% in community

You hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree in a relevant field. You are licensed as one of the following: LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC, or LMFT. You bring experience in providing Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health treatment, with outpatient or intern experience considered. You have strong clinical skills, a commitment to client rights, and the ability to establish trusting relationships with clients. You have knowledge and skills in working with co-occurring disorders. You are comfortable completing assessments, individualized treatment plans, documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities
  • Complete comprehensive addiction and mental health assessments
  • Participate in staff meetings and treatment planning review meetings.
  • Provide addiction and mental health treatment services, including groups and individuals
  • Maintain communication with referral sources in a timely manner.
  • Participate in therapeutic and psycho-educational interventions.
  • Meet productivity standards as established by the agency
  • Complete timely documentation of all client interactions
  • Maintain adherence to ethical and legal standards of practice.
  • Other duties as assigned and appropriate for the position.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's Degree required Licenses or other required certification: One of the following: LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC, or LMFT required.
Experience:
Experience in providing Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health Treatment. Experience in an outpatient setting is preferred but not required, we will consider intern experience. Must have strong clinical skills, a strong commitment to client rights, competence to establish supportive trusting relationships with clients, knowledge, and skills related to co-occurring disorders.
