Job Description

As part of our Mental Health team, you will have the opportunity to provide meaningful counseling services while working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment that values dignity, respect, and cultural responsiveness. We are seeking a bilingual therapist for an inbedded school based therapeutic services program. The Bilingual School -Based Therapist works in Fairfield school district 3 days per week. This position can be part or full time ( combined with office for full time) and Moving Beyond Depression, a CBT structures, community based program for mother's experiencing depression. What You'll Do Provide individual, family, and group counseling services to adolescents and adults. Support clients experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Deliver culturally responsive care, including services for Spanish-speaking and multilingual individuals and families. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records. Collaborate with colleagues and community partners to support client success. Connect clients with appropriate community resources and referrals. Participate in supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development. Required Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Active Ohio LPC, LPCC, LSW or LISW ldcense. Fluency in English and Spanish required for school - based. Experience using electronic health records (EHRs). Why Catholic Charities Southwestern Ohio?
