We are an integrative, holistic practice focused on treating the mind, body, and spirit while providing compassionate, client-centered care in a healthy and supportive work environment. This position is specifically for clinicians who are passionate about working with children ages 3-18 and families. We are seeking someone comfortable providing individual therapy to children and adolescents, as well as family therapy services. This is a second shift position with a schedule of Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM , including: One hour unpaid lunch break Two hours of paid documentation time weekly One hour of supervision weekly if needed for licensure Supervision group is provided for all non-independently licensed clinicians working toward their LISW or LPCC.
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations Diagnose mental health conditions and behavioral concerns Provide individual counseling sessions for children and adolescents ages 3-18 Provide family therapy services and support healthy family dynamics Utilize therapeutic approaches such as CBT, play therapy, family therapy, and other evidence-based modalities Offer guidance and support to parents and caregivers Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation Collaborate with schools, social services, and healthcare providers Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality guidelines, and legal requirements Report concerns related to abuse or neglect as required by law
Qualifications:
Active Ohio license required: LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, or LICDC Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work with therapy experience, or Master's degree in Counseling Strong understanding of child and adolescent development Experience or willingness to work with children, teens, and families Knowledge of therapeutic modalities including CBT, play therapy, and family therapy Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Sensitivity to cultural, social, and economic diversity and its impact on mental health
