Seeking an outpatient mental health counselor or social worker to join our team to provide behavioral health care in St. Marys, Ohio. Candidates must have excellent skills in diagnostic assessments and counseling.

Qualifications of Counselor/Therapist LPC, LSW, or Higher:

Licensed Social Worker (LSW) required Experience working with mental health and substance use disorder preferred Have or willing to obtain NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers and a CAQH account
