Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Independent Mental Health Therapist(LPC, LSW, LISW, or LPCC licensure) to join our team full time . The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services to a diverse group of individuals. The Mental Health Therapist will play a crucial role in developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and maintaining accurate records. This position will work out of both our Fremont & Tiffin locations. Duties

• Conduct individual therapy sessions for clients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, to engage clients effectively.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and clinical records in compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive client care.
• Provide support and guidance to clients in managing their mental health challenges. Experience
• A master's degree in social work or counseling.
• Previous experience working with teens and young adults.
• Previous experience in outpatient settings is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with group therapy techniques and client care best practices is essential.
• Knowledge of medical documentation processes and data collection methods is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds are crucial for success in this role.
