Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Behavior Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee client caseload, ensuring that our team provides high-quality care and support to individuals with behavioral needs. You will be responsible for fostering a positive environment, implementing best practices in client care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities Supervise and support Behavior Techs in delivering effective behavioral health services. Develop client treatment plans. Implement behavioral therapy techniques tailored to each client's requirements. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans. Provide training and guidance to parents and teachers on how to effectively deal with behavior issues. Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and support for professional development. Experience A background in behavioral health or related fields is required. Familiarity with behavioral therapy practices is advantageous. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective collaboration with staff, clients, schools, and families. Ability to assess client needs effectively while demonstrating compassion and understanding.
