Pay and Incentives:
$18.50-$22.50 per hour based on education and relevant experience. We also offer flexible hours with personalized scheduling autonomy.
Position Details:
Work one on one with pediatrics diagnosed with Autism and Developmental Disabilities We offer individualized, flexible work schedules promoting your autonomy, family or student life goals, and overall balance. We offer FREE supervision with paid indirect hours available for student seeking board certification. Employ high-intensity methods to engage and teach our learners in the following areas: verbal and non-verbal communication, skills of daily living, resiliency, independence, self-advocacy, and confidence. Premium on keeping our learners motivated through fun and engaging play-based approach from our RBT team. Paid Training offered prior to beginning any direct client care. (40+ hours offered including onboarding in the job skills, shadowing, supervision, and introduction to RBT requirements/topics) Opportunity to work with skilled team of therapists for our clients, including learning from Master's level experts in the ABA field. Communication is a necessity. The role requires strong communication skills with parents, caregivers, learners, and other team members regarding treatment approach. Technical resources and equipment supplied by company (tablets, etc.) for immediate data collection during sessions. Employee must adhere to funding source requirements, such as billing code, ethics, HIPAA compliance, data integrity, among other considerations. Mileage Reimbursement is paid with expectation that employee will have transportation availability to work in-home, in-school, or other office work locations outlined in job duties. Adaptability and willingness to perform other support tasks outlined by company within scope of role.
