The Position:

A Clinical Therapist will provide outpatient therapy services primarily to children, adolescents, and families. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy developmental work, collaborating with caregivers, and helping younger clients build emotional regulation, coping, communication, and self-understanding skills. We are specifically seeking clinicians with consistent evening availability, as many of our child and teen clients require after-school appointment times. Evening availability required for at least 2-3 evenings per week.

The Responsibilities:

Provide clinical counseling services as scheduled, in alignment with center policies and ethical standards. Maintain regular, reliable attendance and arrive on time. Hold an active clinical license in Ohio and practice within all state, federal, and ethical guidelines. Communicate as needed with a client's care team (PCP, psychiatrist, school staff, etc.). Complete documentation and ensure charts remain accurate and up-to-date. Participate in any mandatory staff meetings and trainings. Uphold a high professional standard that positively represents CLE Counseling & Wellness Center. Collaborate respectfully and effectively with teammates. Maintain strong organizational habits and attention to detail. Support a positive, growth-oriented team culture. Additional duties as assigned.

The Qualifications:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy. Active license in Ohio (PhD, Psy

D, LISW, LPCC, LMFT, LPC, LSW

). Alignment with CLE Counseling & Wellness Center's mission and values. Ability to maintain 24 direct client hours per week. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to teamwork.

Preferred :

At least one clinical specialty (e.g., trauma, children/teens, anxiety, grief, neurodivergence, couples, etc.).
