$10-12/hour About Us Gonzales Therapy Services provides pediatric physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), and speech therapy (ST) in a supportive and family-centered environment. We are looking for a Therapy Technician to assist our team and help children succeed in their therapy sessions. Position Overview The Therapy Tech will support therapists in delivering high-quality pediatric therapy services by assisting during sessions, ensuring a safe and engaging environment, and performing clerical and organizational tasks as needed. This is a great role for individuals interested in healthcare, therapy, or child development. Responsibilities Escort children from the waiting room to therapy rooms and back. Assist and engage children during therapy sessions under the direction of a virtual therapist. Communicate session participation and progress to parents (directly or by bringing the therapist's device for a virtual update). Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment, including sanitizing toys and materials. Assist with clerical and support duties such as shredding, laminating, and organizing during downtime or cancellations. Follow all therapist and clinic protocols to ensure child safety and quality of care. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required). Experience working with children preferred. Being comfortable around children with all levels of support is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, responsible, and able to follow directions closely. Interest in healthcare, therapy, or child development is a plus. Schedule & Compensation $10-12/hour (W2 position). Monday-Thursday 8AM-5PM Why Join Us?
