About the Role We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to join our growing team! This position plays a key role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities—especially children on the autism spectrum—through evidence-based behavioral therapy. You'll help clients build independence, develop daily living skills, and reach their fullest potential in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities to carry out individualized behavior therapy programs Track and document client progress accurately and consistently Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and other professionals to support treatment goals Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) when needed Implement behavior intervention strategies and reinforce positive behaviors Maintain confidentiality and ensure all documentation meets professional and ethical standards Qualifications Experience working with children or individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities Understanding of behavioral therapy principles and techniques Knowledge of basic medical documentation and terminology Background in psychology, special education, or related field preferred Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills Patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping others succeed

Pay:

$18.50 - $24.00 per hour
