Mental Health Therapist

Seeking experienced Mental Health Clinician (Bend, Or): We are looking for a full time mental health therapist who is experienced in working with families/couples as well as individuals. Are you a licensed mental health clinician who would like the benefits and freedom of private practice without the startup and time required to run the business? Clinical Responsibilities:

Conducting thorough assessments to identify clients mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals/objectives. Provide individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques for individuals, couples and/or families. Serving children, teens and adults in accordance with standards established by your licensing board, abiding by all state and federal laws and regulations. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients with complex needs. Utilize both in-person and telehealth modalities to deliver effective therapeutic interventions.

Requirements:

Licensed in Oregon as: Professional Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists, Clinical Social Worker Strong clinical skills and clinical experience Utilize Evidence Based Practices in treatment Looking for Motivated, organized and independent provider Timely, professional and detailed documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards Model and encourage direct, professional communication in our clinical team and facilitate development of a positive team support network Demonstrate awareness and sensitivity in the delivery of services as it relates to the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of the populations served Excellent references and work history Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the ability to conduct virtual therapy sessions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction and documentation. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in mental health practice.
