Caseload management Licensed Clinical Social Worker Individual therapy LPC Clinical documentation Trauma-informed therapy Full Job Description Alpenglow Counseling is seeking a Full-Time Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Associate) to join our team in Bend, Oregon. We're a supportive group practice serving Central Oregon with metal health counseling. Our culture is built around work-life balance, competitive pay, and a spirit of collaboration. Sustainable Caseloads :
Full-time is defined as ~18 clients/week. We believe this balance protects against burnout — but your caseload is in your hands. If you'd like to see more clients and increase your earnings, the option is yours.

Work-Life Balance Student Loan Forgiveness Eligibility :
As an HRSA-approved site, you may qualify for federal loan repayment programs while working with us. Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, or family counseling. Maintain clinical documentation to ethical and insurance standards. Participate in team consultation and collaboration. Maintain a caseload of at least ~18 clients per week (full-time), with the option to increase if desired. Qualifications Oregon license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT . LPC-A and MFT-A are eligible for this position. Compassionate approach to therapy with a commitment to meaningful client connection. Dedication to inclusivity, trauma-informed care, and ethical practice. Compensation Earnings typically range from $75,000 - $145,000 annually No cap on earnings — clinicians who choose larger caseloads can significantly increase their income Supervision benefit : Associates may choose between internal or outside supervisors — Alpenglow invests in whichever option best supports your growth.
