Job Description

Youth & Family Therapist (Full-Time)

At Transform Youth and Family Counseling, we specialize in working with youth and families—and we've built a collaborative, supportive environment where clinicians feel valued, connected, and set up to succeed. Compensation:
$80,000
  • $120,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, family, and group therapy to youth ages 6-24 (in-person or hybrid). Deliver at least 22 clinical hours/week for full-time. Complete clinical documentation (intakes, notes, treatment plans, etc.) weekly, using our EHR. Attend required staff meetings, supervision, and training. Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaged team culture. Participate in at least one community engagement activity annually.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (required). Active Oregon license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD) or registered associate (CSWA, LPC-A, LMFT-A). Experience providing therapy to youth and/or families (strongly preferred). Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, trauma-informed care. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a flexible team environment.
