Mental Health Therapist Liberty House's Hope & Wellness program is seeking licensed therapists to provide individual, family, and group counseling to child and adult clients generally aged 5-24 who have been impacted by trauma or grief. The role provides a rewarding opportunity to work closely with team members to help adults, children, and families thrive. Primary Duties
    • Provide triage, assessment, individual, family, and group counseling, as well as crisis services for clients ages 5 to 24 and their families.
    • Complete all required documentation related to client care in a timely manner, including comprehensive assessment and service plan at intake and service notes following each session.
    • Screen potential clients at referral for Rapid Access, Brief Therapy, or Routine Therapy and schedule assessment within the policy guidelines for each service.
    • Provide case management and consultation services for children and families as needed to ensure continuity of care. Requirements
    • Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, or another mental health-related field.
    • Meet either requirement below: o
    LPC, LMFT
    license with at least one year of clinical practice with children and families, including abuse survivors (preferred) OR o Associate license with at least 1,500 hours of supervised direct client contact (minimum requirement if not fully licensed)
    • Fluency in Spanish is Preferred.
    • 40 hours of training in evidence-based treatments of trauma
    • Must be able to pass a criminal background, DHS Child Welfare Registry, and sex offender registry checks before employment.
