Kaiser Permanente seeks a Mental Health Therapist to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care within our technology-forward environment. You will provide individual and group therapy via in-person and virtual sessions, conduct assessments, and create collaborative treatment plans for a diverse adult population. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you'll leverage digital tools and electronic health records to track outcomes, support crisis intervention, and help shape user-friendly mental health solutions that integrate seamlessly into our digital health platforms.
