Family Based Therapist

The In-Home Mental Health Professional will provide therapeutic and case management services to families of mentally ill children/youth who are at risk for out-of-home placement. The services provided will take place in the home, school, or community of the family with evening and weekend hours required. Provide team delivered family therapy to client and family; provide individual therapy to identified patient and siblings; link client/family to community resources to assist family in meeting basic needs; maintain communication and coordination with the referring entity and all agencies involved with client family. Create initial treatment plan and update family progress on a monthly basis; complete progress notes for each billable contact; complete additional clinical documentation such as discharge planning and assessment paperwork; complete all necessary administrative paperwork such as attendance reports, expense sheets, time sheets/productivity sheets and charge slips. Attend and participate in weekly team supervision, group supervision and/or individual supervision, attend and participate in monthly family-based trainings on the Eco systemic Structural Family Therapy Model, as required. CASSP FBMHS

Competency Exam. Evidence of credentials required. Two years' experience working in a CASSP related services system.

Salary:

From $47,266.00 per year. Catholic Charities requires State Police, Child Line, FBI Clearances, valid PA Driver's license, UPITT Youth Protection Training and adequate auto insurance according to agency policy. Competitive salary and excellent benefits. EOE.
