Job Description

Grow your clinical skills in a supportive private practice specializing in couples, individuals, and families. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Therapist to join our outpatient private practice on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for clinicians who have completed a master's degree and are working toward LMFT or LPC licensure. Preference will be given to clinicians pursuing LMFT licensure or those with a strong systemic orientation. Our practice specializes in couples therapy while also providing services to individuals and families. We are committed to helping clinicians grow through quality supervision, mentorship, and a collaborative practice environment. Position Details Part-time, in-person outpatient therapist Evening and weekend availability required Flexible scheduling—you create your own schedule within available office hours Private office space provided during evenings and weekends Opportunity to build and maintain your own caseload Responsibilities Provide individual, couple, and family therapy. Complete comprehensive intake assessments and develop treatment plans. Maintain timely, accurate, and ethical clinical documentation. Participate in individual clinical supervision. Uphold professional and ethical standards in accordance with state licensing requirements. Collaborate with the practice owner and referral sources as appropriate.
Qualifications Required:
Completed master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, or a closely related behavioral health field. Working toward Pennsylvania LMFT or LPC licensure. Eligible to practice under clinical supervision in Pennsylvania. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently while seeking consultation and supervision as needed.
Preferred:
Clinicians pursuing LMFT licensure. Graduate of a COAMFTE-accredited Marriage and Family Therapy program. Experience or strong interest in working with couples and families. A systemic, relational approach to therapy regardless of licensure track. What We Offer Complimentary licensure supervision for both LMFT and LPC clinicians. Pay:
