Practice:

We serve children, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, emotional dysregulation, behavioral concerns, trauma, ADHD/executive functioning challenges, and family transitions (including foster/adoptive and co-parenting dynamics). Treatment integrates play therapy, CBT-based interventions, and caregiver involvement.

Responsibilities:

Provide outpatient therapy to children and families using play-based and evidence-based approaches Complete assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation Collaborate with caregivers and, when appropriate, schools or other providers

Qualifications:

Active independent license required (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) Experience working with children and families RPT preferred or actively working toward certification

Compensation & Benefits:

60/40 fee split (therapist receives 60%) Flexible schedule and autonomy over caseload Fully furnished play therapy room Administrative support (referrals, scheduling, billing) Established practice with consistent client demand
