Job Description
Join Our TeamAs a Mental Health Professional on our Crisis Residential Team, youll be a key member of The Lodge, a first of its kind program in Bucks County! Youll guide teammates, collaborate with management, and consult on treatment plans to support individuals in crisis. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking initiative in mental health care. We are currently have a full-time overnight shift available! What We OfferNEW!! Complete initial assessments for new guests. Provide service coordination and support to individuals focusing on the persons Individualize Support Plan, treatment goals and discharge plans. Assist in the development, implementation, evaluation and revision of overall treatment goals and plans in collaboration with the guest and therapist. Advocate for guests rights and preferences.
Provide ongoing assessment, problem solving, side by side services, skill training, and environmental adaptations to assist individuals with activities of daily living as needed. Work collaboratively with the clinical team in the on-going assessment of participants mental health struggles and responses treatmentFacilities Operation and UpkeepCrisis Stabilization Maintain vigilance and be prepared to respond to a residents needs and emergencies appropriately by intervening directly and/or contacting indicated supportive staff, agencies and services. Possess the ability to see and hear all crises/emergencies to ensure resident and site safety and security. Work with the guests to develop their crisis stabilization plan, provide scheduled check-ins on stabilization goal progresses.
