Behavior Consultant Butler, PA 2 DAYS AGO 22460692 Summary Butler, PA Competitive Salary 1 Years Experience Master's degree No Commission 20.00 hours per week / Day, Evening Shift /Full-Time Description Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments to determine the level of IBHS support needed for children and adolescents with mental health/behavioral health challenges. Design and direct behavior modification plans to be implemented by support staff and caregivers. Provide assessment, program design and monitoring of treatment interventions. Educate and consult with consumers, caregivers, and other natural and formal support systems. Transfer skills to increase the child and family's independence and growth. Participate in team meetings, psychological evaluations, medication appointments, IEP meetings. Collaborate with colleagues, school professionals, and insurance representatives regarding behavioral strategies, interventions, best practices, medical necessity. Demonstrate strong documentation skills; develop Individualized Treatment Plans. Additional Details
