Job Description

Campbell Psychological is looking for an energetic, dynamic Child Therapist to join our team. Our ideal candidate thrives in a supportive, low-drama environment and is excited to help children and families become their best. Bonus points if you are a dependable, organized self-starter who can be counted on to stay on top of things! This position includes a minimum of 2 days providing school-based therapy to grades K-5 and the remainder of the week in our Carlisle office. Therapists with an associate-level license (LSW, LAPC, LAMFT) are welcome to apply and will receive weekly individual and group supervision with an experienced LPC. What You'll Do Provide outpatient therapy to children and teens using creative, engaging, and research-supported interventions Collaborate with families to support meaningful progress Actively engage school staff, parents, caseworkers, and other relevant systems Maintain clear, timely documentation Be part of a positive, team-oriented environment (we love grabbing lunch together on the back deck at the office and getting together for crafty social events!) What We're Looking For A genuine passion for working in children's mental health A strengths-based mindset and social justice orientation, with a commitment to creating a safe, inclusive space for children and families of all backgrounds Strong clinical skills and an appreciation for evidence-based practices A strong work ethic along with the ability to stay grounded, calm, and drama-free A team player who contributes to a supportive workplace culture Qualifications Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a related field Active license or license eligible in Pennsylvania (e.g., LSW, LCSW, LAPC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT, Psychologist) A minumum of one year full-time experience (or equivalent) providing therapy to children and families. Experience working with trauma and using evidence-based interventions is preferred. (All therapists are W2 employees - no need to worry about paying self-employment taxes!)
