Job Description

Licensed Therapist - Children & Adolescents Cachara and Associates, LLC | Carlisle & Chambersburg, PA | Full-Time Cachara and Associates, LLC is growing, and we are looking for a licensed therapist with specific experience working with children and adolescents to join our collaborative team. This position is ideal for a clinician who genuinely enjoys working with children, teens, and families and wants to be part of a practice that values clinical excellence, collaboration, mentorship, and work-life balance. Active Pennsylvania licensure is required, with specific experience working with children and/or adolescents. LAPC applicants will be considered if they are nearing completion of full licensure hours. What You'll Do Provide individual therapy to children and adolescents Provide family and parent sessions when clinically appropriate Develop individualized treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Build strong therapeutic relationships with children, adolescents, and families Collaborate with parents, schools, physicians, and community providers as appropriate Participate in clinical consultation and team meetings Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions Support clients in developing healthy coping skills, confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being Required Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field Active Pennsylvania clinical license (LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) LAPC applicants will be considered if they have already accumulated supervised clinical hours toward LPC licensure and are actively working toward full licensure Specific professional experience providing therapy to children and/or adolescents Ability to maintain a clinical caseload and meet documentation requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with families and other professionals Preferred Experience & Training Experience working with children, adolescents, and families Experienced in Play therapy Trauma-focused or trauma-informed therapy Family therapy EMDR or other trauma-focused approaches Experience working with anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, ADHD, autism, trauma, or other common childhood and adolescent concerns What We Offer Competitive fee-for-service compensation Flexible scheduling Full administrative and billing support Insurance credentialing support Marketing and referral support Steady referral opportunities Beautiful, welcoming office environments Electronic Health Record support Clinical consultation and collaborative team environment Continuing education opportunities Opportunities to develop specialty areas and professional interests Retirement plan Opportunities for telehealth Supervision and mentorship for clinicians working toward independent licensure Why Cachara and Associates?
