Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments using standardized tools and clinical interviews to gauge patient needs and identify appropriate interventions. Design and implement evidence-based therapy strategies across individual, group, and family modalities to effectively address a range of behavioral and mental health issues. Develop personalized care plans tailored to the unique goals, challenges, and strengths of each patient, ensuring measurable outcomes are established and monitored. Coordinate patient care by connecting individuals with community resources, facilitating follow-up care, and maintaining continuity of treatment.
