Campbell Psychological is looking for an energetic, dynamic Child Therapist to join our team. Our ideal candidate thrives in a supportive, low-drama environment and is excited to help children and families become their best. Bonus points if you are a dependable, organized self-starter who can be counted on to stay on top of things. This position includes a minimum of 2 days providing school-based therapy to grades K-5 and the remainder of the week in our Carlisle office. What You'll Do Provide outpatient therapy to children and teens using creative, engaging, and research-supported interventions Collaborate with families to support meaningful progress Actively engage school staff, parents, caseworkers, and other relevant systems Maintain clear, timely documentation Be part of a positive, team-oriented environment Schedule and Compensation Full-time therapists typically schedule 25-27 therapy appointments over 4-5 days/week. No evenings past 6 PM, no weekends. Compensation is fee-for-service, with a flat rate per session and a quarterly bonus for full-time therapists. (All therapists are W2 employees - no need to worry about paying self-employment taxes.)
