Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, client-centered mental health services to individuals, couples, and/or families in an outpatient setting. This position is open to master's-level clinicians, with independent licensure preferred. Candidates working toward licensure and meeting applicable state requirements are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy based on client needs. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards. Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Collaborate with clients, families, physicians, case managers, and other members of the treatment team. Provide appropriate referrals when needed. Maintain professional and ethical standards of care. Participate in team meetings, case consultation, and continuing education. Maintain compliance with all applicable HIPAA, licensing, and organizational requirements. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field. Current clinical license preferred (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent). Master's-level clinicians working toward independent licensure are encouraged to apply. Experience providing outpatient mental health services preferred (1 year Minimum) Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and treatment modalities. Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and documentation skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
