Join Our TeamJoin our dedicated IBHS team at Lenape Valley Foundation and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 321) facing behavioral and mental health challenges. We are seeking a Behavior Consultant to provide individualized, medically prescribed services in home, school, and community settings. As part of our IBHS team, youll have the opportunity to grow professionally while making a lasting difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve. What We OfferNEW!!! Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) strongly preferredExperience working with children, adolescents, and young adults in behavioral health settings (school or community-based preferred).Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to travel throughout Upper Bucks County.

Proficiency with computers and electronic documentation.

Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodation. Your RoleDesign and direct the implementation of individualized treatment plans.

Provide direction and supervision to Behavioral Health Technicians.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.

Conduct sessions in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments.
