Job Description

Foundations Behavioral Health is hiring a Primary Therapist for the inpatient program at our Doylestown, PA campus. This is an onsite position Monday - Friday 8:30a - 5:00p (one weekend/month required) offering full-time benefits and great pay! This position is eligible for a $5,000 commitment bonus! Positions are available for both experienced and entry-level professionals. New grads encouraged to apply!
Therapist Responsibilities:
Provides therapeutic services utilizing behavior based interventions to children and adolescents utilizing individual, family, and group modalities. Performs biopsychosocial and behavioral assessments that result in a broad picture of treatment needs, and aid in the development and implementation of a multidisciplinary treatment plan that results in positive outcomes for patients. Works collaboratively with youth and their families to effectively address positive behavior changes. Develops a discharge plan with the child and family that includes aftercare services in the community that can provide continued support to the child and family post-discharge. Foundations Behavioral Health provides innovative behavioral health treatment and academic excellence to children, adolescents and young adults, many of whom have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder or other neurodiversities. Established in 1964, Foundations Behavioral Health provides treatment in a homelike environment located on a 12 acre campus in Bucks County, PA. Foundations provides a full continuum of care for children, adolescents, and young adults spanning hospitalization to outpatient and academic services.
