We are a leading provider of early intervention services, offering comprehensive support that promotes growth, independence, and community engagement. Overview We are seeking energetic and compassionate Early Intervention Therapists to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to infants and young children with developmental delays or disabilities. Your work will help children reach their full potential by providing tailored interventions in home or community settings, supporting families every step of the way. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive developmental assessments and screenings to identify early delays or concerns. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide direct therapeutic services in the child's home, school or community. Collect and document clinical data accurately in compliance with HIPAA and medical documentation standards. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to coordinate care and support strategies. Offer crisis intervention when necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of children and families. Maintain detailed records of patient care, assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in medical records. Experience Proven experience working with children with developmental disabilities or behavioral health conditions. Background in home & community care settings is highly desirable. Experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds to provide culturally sensitive counseling and support. Join us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families! $72.00 - $92.00 per hour
