full-time We are currently a small group practice looking to grow into a medium size group practice specializing in behavior problems and emotion dysregulation concerns across development (toddlers through young adults). Our therapists specialize in therapy and/or evaluations for ADHD, Anxiety, and Autism. We are located on Oregon Pike in Lancaster County, PA. Responsibilities We are looking for a licensed therapist to work part-time providing psychological services for children, teens, and/or adults with ADHD, Anxiety, and/or Autism. In this role, you will: Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to each client's developmental stage and clinical needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards Collaborate with families, caregivers, and/or other providers as appropriate to support client progress Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed Qualifications We are looking for collaborative team-oriented clinician who enjoys works well with small-company values and enjoys contributing to a supportive practice. Our ideal applicant is a Licensed Psychologist, LPC, or
LSW/LCSW
who specializes in ADHD, anxiety, and/or Autism, has experience working with children, parents , and/or families in a therapy setting, and has at least 2 years of experience providing therapy and/or evaluations in an outpatient setting. Please note that, following the evidence-base, a number of our services involve working directly with parents of children with ADHD and/or anxiety. Being able to relate to, and effectively work with, both children and parents is required. What We Offer We have a comfortable, furnished office space that has a waiting area, and therapy rooms comfortable for children, teens, adults, and parents. We also provide clinical support with working with parents, schools, note writing, conceptualization, and treatment planning. We offer flexible scheduling while meeting minimum client-hour expectations, and administrative support to help facilitate scheduling intakes, clients, and phone calls to schedule continuity of care activities.
