Job Description

The Counseling Collective, LLC is recruiting for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with experience providing mental health services to adolescents and adults for our Outpatient Practice with offices in East Petersburg, PA. Preferred applicants have training in couples therapy, EMDR, and/or working with adolescents. We have openings for both part time clinicians (minimum 15 client hours per week) and full time clinicians. We offer flexible scheduling, with unlimited time off.

Compensation is available for blogging, marketing, and miscellaneous administrative tasks including discharges, collaborative care, and weekly group supervisions. We offer the experience of a private practice within a family style, collaborative and supportive group environment. At The Counseling Collective, a Licensed Mental Health Therapist is responsible for conducting intake sessions and providing/scheduling diagnostic and outpatient therapeutic services. The Licensed Mental Health Therapist participates actively in all relevant supervision and general staff meetings to enhance the services of our program. We have a strong administrative support team to support therapists, so they are not responsible for most administrative tasks. We hire W2 employees, and compensate based on how many clients you see per month. Increased pay is available for those with LCSW, LMFT, and LPC. Applicants will have Master's or doctorate degree from a CACREP accredited college or university in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field AND an active LCSW, LPC, LAPC, LSW, or LMFT in the state of PA.
