Responsibilities Provide in-home and community-based behavioral health therapy tailored to individual client needs, including behavioral management, social skills training, and mental health counseling Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify client strengths, challenges, and treatment goals Utilize therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), applied behavior analysis (ABA), motivational interviewing, and family therapy to support client progress Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and other service providers to develop and implement personalized care plans Document all clinical interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR) following HIPAA standards and medical documentation protocols Manage crisis situations effectively through crisis intervention strategies and conflict management techniques Track client progress regularly through clinical documentation standards, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes Requirements Individuals who provide mobile therapy services must meet one of the following: Be licensed in this Commonwealth as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist or clinical social worker. Be licensed in this commonwealth as a social worker or behavior specialist and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum. Have a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing mental health direct services to children, youth or young adults and a graduate degree with at least nine credits specific to clinical practice in psychology, social work or counseling. Completed a clinical or mental health direct service practicum and have a graduate degree with at least nine credits specific to clinical in psychology, social work, education, counseling or a related field.

Candidates must also possess:

Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with developmental disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Strong knowledge of behavioral health interventions including applied behavior analysis (ABA), child & family counseling, and trauma-informed care such as PTSD management Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and electronic health records (EHR) systems Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement and family collaboration Ability to work independently in home-based settings while maintaining professional boundaries Demonstrated cultural competency and sensitivity when working with diverse populations Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between client homes and community sites Join us in delivering impactful mental health services that transform lives!
