Pay:
$20.00 - $27.00 per hour Job description: Job Overview As an ABA Therapist at Traina Behavioral Consulting, you will work directly with children and young adults to implement individualized ABA treatment programs under the supervision of a BCBA. You will be part of a strong clinical team that values growth, connection, and quality care. Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA programs with integrity and consistency Work with learners in homes, schools, the community, or at our Center in Langhorne, PA Collect and record accurate session data Support learner progress in communication, behavior, social, and daily living skills Maintain learner confidentiality and prioritize safety at all times Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members Attend training and ongoing professional development opportunities Maintain a consistent therapy schedule and reliable attendance What We're Looking For A genuine love for working with children and young adults Patience, empathy, creativity, and professionalism Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and grow in the field of ABA Completion of the 40-hour RBT training, or willingness to complete it within the required timeframe ABA Therapist Requirements High school diploma or higher required Bachelor's degree required, preferably in psychology, education, rehabilitation, or a related field ABA therapy experience preferred Completion of the 40-hour RBT training Must be able to travel to assigned case locations and maintain a set therapy schedule Must be physically able to work with young children, including standing, sitting on the floor, running, and active play Background checks and clearances required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Benefits including dental, vision, accident, and life insurance Paid time off Paid training Professional development assistance Referral program Tuition discounts for employees and their families through university partners RBT mentorship and training BACB supervision for students pursuing
