Description Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is seeking Independent Licensed Outpatient Therapists to join our Lebanon office, with a primary focus on providing evening outpatient therapy services to children and adolescents. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys working with younger clients and families and is interested in building an evening caseload when demand for child and Adolescent services is especially high. With this opportunity we offer a " private practice in a box ", providing the autonomy of independent practice while maintaining many of the benefits of being connected to a larger system behavioral health system, including a healthy stream of referrals. We provide healthy compensation and a healthier referral stream, without any competitive restrictions or billable expectations. T his role is an independent contractor position; providers are 1099 contractors rather than W-2 employees. Contractor Duties:

Provide outpatient therapeutic services, with a primary caseload of children and adolescents Maintain availability for after-school and evening appointments Complete practice management responsibilities, including scheduling ongoing sessions, returning client communications, and completing clinical documentation necessary for billable services Ensure clients complete prompt payment of copays and deductible amounts through the patient portal Coordinate with caregivers and other treatment providers as clinically appropriate Pay $70,000-$90,000/year Degree Requirement License Working Hours Flexible Schedule - Evening Availability Required/Preferred Job Status Full Time or Part Time
