Description Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is seeking an independently licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our Lebanon office with a focus on couples, marriage, and family therapy. This opportunity is specifically designed for a clinician interested in maintaining a part-time evening caseload , with appointments available during the hours when couples and families are often most able to participate in treatment. With this opportunity, we offer a "private practice in a box" —providing the autonomy of independent practice while maintaining many of the benefits of being connected to a larger behavioral health system, including a healthy stream of referrals. We provide strong compensation and referral support without competitive restrictions or minimum billable expectations. Clinicians have flexibility in determining the size of their caseload and the evenings they choose to offer appointments. This is an independent contractor position, meaning providers are 1099 contractors rather than W-2 employees. Each LiveUp Counseling location maintains a culture of inclusion and belonging, with providers from diverse backgrounds and areas of clinical expertise. Providers may participate in optional case consultation and continuing education opportunities and have access to internal psychiatric providers to support continuity of care across mental health and medication management services. For this particular opportunity, we are especially interested in clinicians who enjoy relational work with couples and families and are comfortable helping clients navigate concerns such as communication, relationship distress, conflict, family transitions, parenting and co-parenting challenges, and other interpersonal or family-system concerns. Clinicians who are a strong fit should have approximately two years of outpatient therapy experience, be comfortable practicing independently, maintain a valid Pennsylvania LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LSW, or Psychologist license, and provide required clearances and independent professional liability insurance. Contractor Duties:

Provide outpatient therapeutic services with an emphasis on couples, marriage, and family work Maintain regular evening appointment availability Provide individual therapy when clinically appropriate within the clinician's caseload Complete practice management responsibilities, including scheduling ongoing sessions, returning client communications, and completing clinical documentation necessary for billable services Coordinate care with other providers when clinically appropriate Ensure clients complete prompt payment of copays and deductible amounts through the patient portal Pay $70,000-$90,000/year Degree Requirement License Working Hours Part time Evenings Job Status Part Time
