We specialize in delivering evidence-based care through: 1:1 ABA therapy Group ABA therapy Services for schools, daycares, and IU in Delco, Philadelphia, and Montco Training and support for individuals new to the field We operate under IBHS guidelines, accept Medicaid and most private insurance, and are proud of a decade of results driven by our focus on long-term outcomes. Position Summary As a
BCBA/LBS
, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA services to children and families. You'll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to evidence-based care, tracking progress, and ensuring that gains are sustained across home, school, and community environments. Key Responsibilities In this role, you'll: Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans for children with autism. Provide supervision and guidance to ABA therapists and other team members. Monitor and analyze client progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed. Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to ensure consistency and success. Support training initiatives for individuals new to the field of ABA. Required Skills and Qualifications We're looking for someone who: Holds BCBA or LBS certification. Is passionate about evidence-based care and achieving meaningful outcomes. Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
