The Art of Emotion is a collaborative group psychotherapy practice committed to creating a supportive, safe environment where clients can explore their inner experiences, heal from trauma, and build resilience through life's challenges. Our team provides compassionate, client-centered care, including specialized services such as Child-Centered Play Therapy, Animal-Assisted Therapy, EMDR Therapy, and Pediatric Occupational Therapy.
Role Overview:
We are seeking independently licensed psychotherapists to join our growing hybrid outpatient practice in Phoenixville. This role is ideal for clinicians who value schedule flexibility, a mix of in-person and virtual work, a collaborative team culture, and the stability of a W-2 position with strong administrative support. Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychotherapy for children, teens, adults, couples, or families. Conduct both in-person sessions as needed. Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation consistent with ethical, legal, and payer standards. Collaborate with colleagues through consultation and coordinated care. Contribute to a warm, professional, and client-centered experience for every client. Compensation Notes Paid per each completed client session. Rate covers the session and associated clinical documentation (completed within practice timeframes). Competitive rate based on licensure, experience, and session modality. Practice Support & Tools Steady referrals and support building a consistent caseload. Dedicated intake coordination and full administrative support. Scheduling and billing are handled by practice. SimplePractice platform provided. Fully furnished, professional office space for in-person sessions. Full insurance credentialing support (initial and re-credentialing) with major commercial insurers.
Requirements:
Independent Pennsylvania licensure (required): LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD). 2+ years post-licensure clinical experience providing psychotherapy. Comfortable providing both in-person sessions in Phoenixville office. Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and commitment to ethical practice.
