Job Description

UPMC's Bellefield Outpatient Clinic is looking for multiple Behavioral Health Therapists to join the team! Bellefield OP is dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services both in-person and virtually to adults facing a variety of challenges. We support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions through evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Our team is committed to fostering a supportive and compassionate environment, helping our clients achieve their personal goals and maintain their overall well-being. Our Behavioral Health Therapist is eligible for a Sign on Bonus!! 1-year work commitment

Responsibilities:
Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement activities. Completes same-day clinical documentation and provides necessary information for service authorization. Reviews cases and patient condition changes with the supervisor and clinical team. Assesses and updates patient needs and treatment plans. Conducts new patient assessments under supervision and implements treatment models. Provides individual and group therapy, engages families, and educates patients on recovery. Documents all patient interactions and case management activities. Discusses additional service needs with the clinical team and makes referrals as needed. Participates in treatment team meetings to review and update treatment plans. Maintains daily clinical productivity records. Creates comprehensive treatment plans for patients with diverse needs.
