At System 1-2-3, our Early Childhood Mental Health Consultants work alongside early childhood professionals in classrooms and homes to: Support relational health. Build on strengths. Who We're Looking For We're seeking candidates who demonstrate strong collaboration skills and a commitment to relational health.
The ideal candidate will have:
A master's degree in mental health or a related field. A clinical license (preferred) or eligibility for licensure. Willingness to pursue Endorsement as an Early Childhood Family Specialist (ECFS) or Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist (ECMHS) through PA-AIMH. All required background clearances. Reliable transportation. Three professional references from supervisors, coworkers, clients, or professors.

$40-$50/hour based on experience, education, and credentials.
Part-time weekday schedule:
